Operational Workflow
The sorting process begins with manual placement of batteries on the feeding assembly line. Cells are individually transported to the scanning area for barcode reading and data binding, then proceed to the testing area for comprehensive data collection. After testing completion, the sorting mechanism directs batteries to appropriate channels based on voltage specifications, with cells flowing into corresponding gear bins in a continuous operational cycle.
